Let's see if this sticks!

I've tried to lose weight so many times in the past and it never sticks.  I'll do great for a day or two and then I flop.  A few months back my boyfriend at the time suggested I try Weight Watchers, it worked ok but it was more failure on my part than the program's.  I got all freaked out about points and became obsessive about earning activity points.  This sounds like it would be a great problem to have, until you end up with stress fractures in each foot and end up hobbling around for two months while they heal.  While my feet healed up I got really laid back about my diet and while I tried other forms of exercise it just wasn't working for me.  Thankfully I haven't gained any of the weight back but I haven't lost anymore either.  It's time to start over!  I've found a couple great articles online and I've been checking out yoga and have found some poses that don't look too contortionist.  So here's to a fresh start!  I'll be checking in daily with the days exercise and progress and posting anything else I find that I think might be helpful.  If you're interested this is the article I found that really inspired me to get started again, The non-calorie counting diet.  I've also got Hungry Girl's cookbook 300 under 300.  It's full of tons of great recipes for slimming down all your favorite foods.
