Maybe it's just my mindset but I feel different already. I've been reading up on yoga and found a whole bunch of routines and even some Ipod apps. I was reading an article on MSN about anxiety and treating it without medication and it mentioned that doing yoga can help release the same brain chemicals that medication does. That's all I needed to hear! I suffer from crazy bad anxiety at times and hearing that made this seem like yoga's really the way to go for me. I'm going to do my first routine tonight, even if I only do a few poses I'll feel better knowing that I've started.
